A class series for after birth & beyond, Recover Your Core classes will lay a foundation for recovering the core and pelvic floor after birth. This is fitness for your "Lady Parts"!
After completing Recover Your Core series, the Build Your Core series is the next step you want to take to enhance the foundation laid in Recover Your Core. These classes are full of higher intensity core and pelvis stabilization exercises to prevent injuries and increase performance.
