"Very informative class. Ashley is an amazing instructor. She helps you understand every aspect of the class. If you just had a baby or Are long time postpartum this class is extremely helpful. "I am so thankful that I was introduced to this class!! After having my third baby, I was struggling with severe pain and numbness from scar tissue and pain during intercourse. In addition, my abdominal muscles were separated causing my belly to "pooch out" in the front. I was almost a year postpartum. I had been to the doctor many times and I had also tried intense exercise routines with no reprieve from any of my symptoms.
In the 6 weeks while completing this class, I learned different exercises that helped me recover my core and pelvic floor muscles. I also learned how to apply my new exercises and turn them into a functional and fun workout!! My abdominal muscles were almost closed by the end of the 6 week class. I continued with the exercises for 2 more weeks following the class and by 8 weeks my abs were completely closed!! The pain from my scar tissue and during intercourse is also completely gone!! I couldn't be more thrilled!! Ashley is a fantastic instructor! She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about teaching this material. She is also very encouraging and always willing to take extra time to make sure you fully understand each exercise. This is definitely information I will use with every workout from now on! The trainer, Ashley Froehling was very knowledgeable and able to identify a separation in my abs that was the source of many of my problems (to name a few: weak bladder, lower back pain, and pain during intercourse).
